At FilesBazaar.shop, we sell digital products such as CDR files, PSD templates, banners, posters, invitation cards, and fonts.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are non-refundable once the product has been successfully delivered and downloaded.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will only be provided under the following conditions:

  • If the file is corrupted or not working
  • If the wrong file was delivered
  • If payment is successful but the product is not delivered

3. Refund Request

To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase at:

Please include your order details and issue description.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of knowledge to use the file/software
  • Accidental purchase

5. Approval of Refund

All refund requests will be reviewed, and refunds will be processed only if the claim is valid.
